Just re reading answers that people have posted to refresh the brain. When you said you did almost 20 houses before you touched a paying customer…was that friends and family or were you offering free services… I can barely find two houses of people I know that have vinyl siding lol

Friends, family, neighbors, and I even asked the owner of the company I worked at full time (great commercial before and after pics). Just be honest and tell them your just starting out, would be willing to clean their home/business for free and all you would like in return is to be able to use the before and after pics for your website. I only “practiced” with people I had a rapport with; since I was waiting on insurance and LLC to be finalized.

I have not read through all the comments so I may be beating a dead horse here but I would recommend a test spot of 50/50 12.5SH and water, 6% is strong but if it works you will know you’re mix is too weak. Also, when downstreaming I would not dilute your SH because your machine will dilute it for you. 10:1 with straight 10%SH will get you at 1% l, if I’m not mistaken and that should be plenty good for vinyl. If you are cleaning brick, don’t even attempt to downstream, you will need a pump sprayer or an xjet. I just purchased my xjet but have yet to use it.
