How messed up am I?

Speaking of vendors in TX that probably shouldn’t be, does anyone recognize this number
1-346-260-8822

It’s like they thought every plug had to have sme sort of hose attached to it…there’s just a lot of stuff going on there that seems to multiply the potential failure points…

Thank you. He’s a pretty evil person that I think used to be on this forum.

I’m no expert on plumbing washers but good grief what is all that? Looks like a German engineer from Mercedes put it together.

Are you referring to the powerwash.com guy?

Earlier in the thread people were talking about his bad advice on adjusting unloaders. What’s the MO on this guy? Why do people hate him?

I wouldn’t spend money at power wash store on principle for to hope they have hurry the industry and contractors. The phone number guy was someone that called me and said he was glad my son had died then started texting me. I don’t know who he is and I can’t understand his voice mail.

I

I sincerely apologize on his behalf for his behavior. Two of my old accounts were run by the Italian Mafia and they always told me if I need a favor…just think about it lol

Is this Fez?

I don’t know fez. Part of me wanted to fly to Texas with impure intentions and part of me wanted to pray for him. Maybe it’s best I don’t know who he is.

That was Fez’s signature line on That 70’s Show lol

Guy sounds like a screwball.

I grew up in the 70’s but don’t know that show

Just got it back from the shop to fix the weld on the support beam and address an issue where the downstream injection wasn’t pulling fluid.

The clear, braided bypass tube is supposed to allow easier starting of the unit without needing to pull the trigger.

They said they fixed the downstream injection but it still doesn’t work. They said maybe I have too much hose on the reel creating back pressure.

Other issues with this unit is not reaching the 4000 psi it had when new. They said they fixed it but it still is pushing 3500psi.

They added some seperate dongle for the DS. Doesn’t seem to help

3500psi. Said they fixed it to 4000psi

DS QD they added.

No chemical coming out.

Does downstream injection not work without the hose rolled all the way out? Or should it work but the orifice size is wrong or something.

You’re not going to have much luck DS’ing with that swivel, reel or gun. Get a super swivel on it and a 2315 or similar gun. Replace the reel with something with big innards.

electric start has no problems starting if hose under pressure.

If the machine is “rated” for 4000 psi, I’m sure it’s not showing it at the wand with 100-200ft of hose on it. All the plumbing fittings, bends, reel innards, and hose length creates friction loss.

what size is your DS injector. Should be a number on the side of it. How many feet of hose are you running. No you don’t have to unroll all your hose for it to work. If you don’t have at least 3 ds injectors, you don’t have any. They go bad fairly regularly. You want the injector to be as close to your reel as possible.
Dude, you need to do some reading. With your machine running thru hose and heater you’ll be lucky to get 3300. You’ll never need that much so, quit worrying about it.

 Wasn’t that the truth! Invest in better injectors so 1 equals one. I’ll hook you up

I will when I run out. Probably have 2 years supply already made up. Realistically I average about 4 months in between, Have had some last 2 weeks and some 6 months.

If that is a ZK1 unloader then your Bypass line is too small. It should be at least 1/2 inch hose.
