It was very good, next time ill cut the heat down a little… i like em rare, wife likes med rate… it ended up a little more medium, but it was still very good.
Dang boys! I haven’t been on in a couple days but I can see I was missing out! I’m not a pappy yet (well, dogs) but I spent my father’s day weekend with the father in law and he brought us our hog we’ve been feeding out. She was BIG. I think hanging weight was 289lbs. I won’t have to buy pork for at least a year and that’s after I give some away!
Nothing makes more warm n fuzzy feelins,like a crap ton of swine in the icebox dude. 
Oh, me too. We’re trying to get a couple of friends to go in on a cow next. We just can’t fit that much meat in our little freezer!
