Agreed! Lol. @Innocentbystander they probably saw you coming over the bridge and chased you out. Free thinking is not allowed. I live in South Jersey and is in some areas is very redneck. We hunt, listen to country and vote Republican. They will wipe us out soon enough.
Schertz, I knew I liked you! Here is a pic of my āproject!ā Yours is a little newer, but hey, its still a Bronco!
Oh thatās pretty!!! I picked mine up last year a month before our wedding. You should have seen the look on Blaireās face lol but it was a broke college kid needing money badā¦ Iām having a 4 inch lift and 35s put on it sometime. I already did the electric fan and 4 core radiator conversion. This thing has better ac than any of my vehicles now!.
Thatās my baby, but they are a HUGE money pit for sure! Iāve done so much to this one it would take me a while to type it all out. Haha. And I have way more than I care to admit invested in it. Still need to do body work and paint, but just about everything else is new! But they are fun. My wife actually loves it. I did have it before we were married though so that helped. Iām sure I would have gotten that look as well if I had bought it after we were married.
nice looking Broncosā¦i had a 96 Eddie Bauer edition midnight blue with white top with a 351 Windsor loved that thingā¦hard to find one not beat all the heck or rusted outā¦2020 or something like that they are supposed to be bringing them backā¦
Man i love broncosā¦ ā91 Bronco with 351 was my first vehicle. Put it on 35ās and then somehow destroyed the rear end once i thought it was invincible. I would love to have another one.
Kudos to both of yall for doing your part in preserving American History.
Yea I had 33/12.50 on mine I put 2 rear ends and one transmissionā¦had 251,000 miles on motor and never once had engine problems that was the best motor Ford ever had I think but thatās just me. Lol
I bought my uncles old 1985 bronco about 6 months ago. I havenāt had time to start anything with it yet but it only has 80k miles on it. They parked it around 1995 and he died in 2006.
I do really enjoy running around in my little truck tho
Yāall are making me miss my ā94 Chevy S10, that olā foolish money pit-work horse thang, I called her my Crimson Chariot
Ha! I had an old Toyota pre Tacoma. I bought it for 1500. Ran great! Untilā¦ My 6 yo daughter ditched a sugar daddy in the gas tank. I could never get it to run right after that. Took it the dealership and to a local mechanic. Neither could they. I sold it for $1200 let the buyer know it definitely had issues. Definitely a money pit after the sugar daddy!
I used to have a 2000 s10. It was plain as they get when I bought it. 4 cyl 5 speed manual windows but I loved it. I finally let it go several years ago. Lately I have found myself having withdrawals to a point the girlfriends had to drag me away from buying a new Canyon with the little duramax.
I did buy this trying to fill the gap but they fuel mileage is so bad it just doesnāt cut the mustard.
Youāre a lucky man, when your girl loves you and your truckā¦life is good.
Iām pretty sure the reason behind her wanting the picture is sheās letting you know that with this kiss you can kiss your Bronco goodbye if you donāt keep your crap together since she basically owns it now.
Wow, never knew the s10 also came with a crew cab
I like pickups, doubt Iāll get one soon. We do need to upgrade from our 2014 Jeep patriot because with two kids weāre maxed out of space, Iād like an extra row to bring the in-laws when we go out to eat or visit other fam, but I will not get a minivan, lol
Right now I have the work van, which is fun. But hopefully I can have my foreman take over the driving, so Iāll probably keep the Patriot for work.
nothing like having a paid off older pickup for fun, BUT Iām looking to get a date night car, my wife and I have date night every Wednesday night, so Iād like a little classic coupe to take her out in. Weāll see
Hey man donāt knock the mini van! Once you have one youāll never go back! Heck if I knew they were so awesome I would have had one years before I met Blaire and we had kids
Lol. Iāve seen some sweet ones, Iāll give you that, But canāt succumb to that yet, hopefully we get a nice suv, my concern right now is flooding.
I had a Chrysler Sebring, one time a buddy and I tried going out for pasta sauce after a tropical storm, roads were blocked off had to take another that lead to an avenue that was flooded, had water up to my seat inside the car, speakers were going hoopy, my buddy climbed out the window and pushed it into some guys driveway, I opened my door and water poured out. I swore never to own a sedan after that, suv or pickups only.
Problem solved!
My wife and I said the same thing when we first got married. We wouldnāt be caught dead in one. After having a couple of kids we decided to give one a try. You canāt beat the room and comfort while having young kids. They make life so much easier. The doors open with a push of a button so you donāt have to put down groceries, your child, etc. I agree with Chris. Once you have one you wonder why you didnāt get one sooner.
We have since moved on to an suv but the kids are older. I originally felt the exact same way you do now but my only regret is not getting one sooner. You ask any minivan owner and they will say the exact same thing.
