House Washing Packages - Pricing Help

My insurance costs were to much for me to continue doing vent cleaning. Make sure you are covered for it.

I’m pretty much over it. Lol. It’s on the door hangers, but I don’t bring it up. If someone asks I’m just gonna tell them it was a marketing test that failed.

Dude that’s your sales pitch. $79 bucks or whatever it was or take even the slightest risk. When I was in the fireplace industry it was nothing to sell a dryervent cleaning. Typically we just yanked the old hose and replaced with a new one unless it was hard piped. Then a Brush and a big chim vac made short work of it.

Does anyone have a good site to find a template for Package deals i’d like to have an laminated sheet or something physical for the customer to see our packaging prices on I’ve looked at quite a few sites dedicated to pressure washing/exterior cleaning marketing and have yet to find a template for package deals?

There are a couple guys who have websites with package deals. You can look at my site if you want. I’ll PM you.

Also on the bottom rows 2 are lower case words and the last row has caps in it for words. Make it match.

This thinking is more practical, as each project has its issues and some property owners don’t know how to size up the job. They will start with the first quote and judge from there. Work you do deserves to be seen carefully before making a quote. The fastest way to lose money is to quote by phone.

whew, we must be the luckiest bunch in town then

TBH, my numbers say I’d waste way more money sending a guy out to look at every single lead. If we lost $50/job by not looking at it, then maybe…if we lose $50 every 5th job, we’d about break even, and we’re nowhere near that (we took a loss of less than 0.2% due to bad scope issues from phone quoting last year). On top of that, there’s 0.0% chance we’d have enough guys to handle the sales calls to go to every one in person, I need like 3 in-season doing phone only.

That’s an uneducated statement at best.

I send all my quotes through email and almost never do a site visit. I use Google Earth and Street view. I’m fortunate that i get so much business in my busy season I don’t have time to even call people back. Before that I would do in person quotes and I landed most of my jobs because of it.

Sounds like it’s time to hire someone to handle that “problem”
