In this video I was wrong, it was a 2 story with walk out (3 stories) hitting top of the chimney. Pushing 40 ft with a 7 gpm with a 14hp predator.

yea…thats damn good.
i was toying with running a 4.0gpm cat pump turned down to 3000 psi on a honda gx270.
formula says 10.9hp needed. honda is rated at 9 hp
dewalt had a 3.5gpm and 3800 psi pump on it…which should be 12 hp. go figure…
my main machine is a honda 390 rated at 13hp, with a 4gpm-4000psi cat, and it doesnt have any issue.
Formula says 4gpm @4000 psi needs 14.5 hp
further illustrates the point of HP NEEDED

its like I remember in my Drag racing years…guys spending 5000 on crap not needed to go faster.
Yes my machines are a bit overboard. I’m constantly keeping a watchful eye on my generator belt so I don’t slip it any as I can’t lug my generator when it gets loaded. Wearing nozzles down anymore than 300 psi will spin my generator too fast and possibly grenade my fan on the blower. Have to always let the water out of the pump for transport so it doesn’t constantly cycle my soap control going down the road and wear out the relay. And more than a few other issues that I created going “overboard”

Only issue so far is they guzzle has twice as fast as a Honda, choke them every time, and once it would shut off after 10 seconds (loosening the gas cap fixed it).
Get about 2 hours of run time on a tank of gas, honestly it’s not bad…have a small 2 gallon can and a 5 gallon can if doing apartments and Condos.

And these aren’t weekend machines…Monday - Friday all day. And I am bad about doing maintenance…other then break in they haven’t had an oil change or anything

I think you’ve may have linked it before but where are the 5.6 pumps from?
What base plate do you ise to mount those the 14 hp on?
I was going to buy a skid base from Power Wash store. @Patriotspwashing to piggy back off @12_B what did you use to mount the Predator?
I have them mounted to a custom stainless skid I had made years ago. But those skids from power wash store or envirospec will work
