I loosened this bolt right here as much as it will go but I can’t get this lone pulley off. How do you get the pump to move further in?

Nevermind got it.

my number is 9195243875. I’m not much for phone calls on the weekends but I’ll answer any text you send me or look at any pics and talk you thru it

Alright I’m trying to tighten/loosen these and it’s just turning the pulley around.

Also what is this grey box looking deal

Grey box is rectifier. Charges your battery. Soak the bolts in PB blaster or similar. Impact wrench may shear them so I tap gently with weighted blow hammer on wrench. When they are out, run 2 of them into the other two holes to push it off the key way

Soak the absolute snot out of those bolts like @Innocentbystander said. Those just look like they could shear off!

I’d hit it with a torch to loosen the bolts.

How many hours on your Predator now?

Couple hundred at least. Meter shows 130 ish but I went 3/4 of its first year without one.

You get back up and running?

We’ve been texting all weekend. If it can go wrong for him it has, but he’s a trooper. I put him in touch with my landa guy so hopefully he’s up and running soon

Your the world’s ugliest PW ,ANGLE. :innocent: @Innocentbystander

Can someone tell me why I can’t tighten my pump back up?

Got the nuts on the side loose. Pump loosened up just fine. I’m thinking maybe the tenioner fell out of the hole and won’t catch. Tried pulling the pump toward me and turning. Been at this since 8 this morning. God help me.

Sometimes there reverse thread’s, without a full pic ,I can’t tell man

I’m just going to take it to a local pressure washer place tomorrow. I spent over an hour just trying to get the pump to move and tighten the belts with no luck. Gotta reschedule my whole week now agggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh

Come on man ,you’re so close. Whatcha got left to do ?

Tighten the belts that’s it lol. They just won’t go. I don’t know what’s keeping the pump from moving but it won’t budge.

When you twist the wrench , the threads in the picture are moving right
