If it’s a rare occurrence I wouldn’t even bother. You can’t automate everything.
I saw somewhere that red caps are meant to be replaced… Should I replace these or are they good? Oil has been leaking from the cap of my gear box but I just tightened it as much as possible, hope that solves it.
The red caps, at least on mine, are for shipping only. You need the yellow vented ones.
Yours looks to be a different manufacturer so the other guys know better.

Call the company you bought it from. They should have given you the correct cap too. I have red ones and yellow ones. Color is necessarily an indicator.
Power wash store PA won’t respond to me…I’ve tried contacting them 3 different times this past week.
What do you mean, won’t respond? Don’t answer phone, email, return call, or what? It’s busy season, everyone slammed. Try calling main store in WI.
That’s a poor excuse for a company. I’m slammed and I respond within minutes. I definitely respond to emails same day. I know you have a higher standard than that.
I also had issues with the PA store and response times last year. Then it was “send us your request for the third time”.
They’re extremely NICE people. But if I’m looking to spend over $10K nice doesn’t cut it.
As common in this forum - stay focused. I’ve never dealt with them, just trying to help him remedy his problem expeditiously.

Valid point just saying I’ve had the same issues with that location. It’s a pattern I’ve seen others experience.
