I told you I’m a crazy person. When I brain dump everything onto a yellow pad it typically gets delegated to a more specific checklist. Lol
Productiveflourishing.com has a bunch of free pdf checklist you can type out and print which is what I did for the winter maintenance because it will eventually go into a handbook for an employee to tackle.
But I think I get a lot more out brain dumping things with pen and paper with no rhyme or reason on a yellow pad. It’ll find a home after that.
I agree and don’t use bungees either. In an accident that ladder going to become a projectile. If you do make sure to use a couple of those velcro for backup. Just get a couple of short real straps or being a squid use good rope with a couple of those fanc y knots you guys use.
please don’t use bungie cords. The life of someone you don’t even know may be at stake. Imagine a rollover and all that crap secured improperly with bungie cords flying thru the air.
I get the same thing. As soon as it’s under load, it’ll twist up and kink, but when it’s not under load, it’s like it can be twisted a lot and it won’t kink up. But then when I turn on the water it’ll do that sometimes.
I use good year in the two larger trailers. 3/4 by 150 and 200. Had to go into town to order it in those lengths… Im sure you can find it online. Warning it is freaking heavy.
Usually you cut on hose and it’ll straighten right up. I’m with Rowdy, never had mine do that. But I’ve only been using a couple of years, so maybe mine needs to age more, lol. Straighten it out before you put on reel. I mean hey guys, we are in the hose management business.
