No jokes but what happens is people from here and other places go to my site and troll my page in droves and its not cool.
Check out YT for “soft wash science”
Do you own sixONEslix?
Lol I own 616clean and when I used my wood cleaner It worked pretty “slick” so sixONEslix and kinda a play off our name and everything it just kinda stuck so yes I do own it.
I’m still confused, so is sixONEslix a product or just a name for your home brew fence cleaner
Its my chem for now.
My local supplier carries your product, they rebrand it to sodium hypochlorite.
Found the videos. Man that sixoneslix mix looks HOT. Instant change. Do you have issues with fuzzing the wood?
Also your website looks good. This being a forum for professionals helping each other I’d be really shocked if anyone took the time to troll another member. Not what this place is about.
Do you sell your chemical?
Its not very strong on the Sh scale and the SH by itself with a surfactant in it with the same % don’t react that fast. Less surface time contact, enhanced clean, neutralizes within 7-10 min for best results we still rinse 150 - 250 psi.
Thanks for the props on my website I kinda am trying to teach myself how to do this website thing been working on it since like 7 Am yesterday and well I’m still up haha. I don’t sell the chemical and as far as trolling me well I got contacted via email and then phone by a member from here originally idk who is was and he did not know me but his exact words if I recall were your starting a firestorm on this online form. So he sent me a link to this form that I had saw before but was not a member to I just ran across in searches in previous yrs. so not only do they take the time to be positive towards me but waaaay more are negative. The funny and ironic thing is most actually know me just not my business or business’. So I message them and we chat and then I send them two screen shots, one of the negative post on my business page and another of a time they called, messaged or replied with questions etc on my own personal page and I helped them learn or whats real classic is guys telling me the proper processes they learned and liked from a past post or previous comment of mine.
I don’t know what he is selling, but the instant change is what we get using potash/ sodium hydroxide. Just don’t spray back and forth like in the video. Go up and down. X jet on and rinse off.
I’m not selling anything unless out of my nozzle right now. I typically buy stuff and collect things only as my friends a fellow contractors have found out cause they always trying to buy my stuff lol. As far as your mix thats one way to clean wood for sure. I will say an xjet FSI style can be inconsistent at times and also oversaturate and overspray but if it works for you then hey it works. I like to have solutions on metering dials and typically I would spray smaller sections and work across but as long as the saturation proper within your time window of dwell time the end result with most chemicals if made correctly will be even and the same. I’m just dickering around at my cousins house in this video we rarely film at real jobs.
I agree, a pump up on a large area sucks, you will refill it several times. A 10-12 gallon tank would be a good size, as you don’t have to fill it the whole way.
I’d love to throw out a number like 2 gallons per x sqft, but I don’t have enough experience to make such a claim. I’m sure someone on this forum has a number. In my mind, mixing up 10 gallons for a large area, then only needing 7-8 isn’t a lot of wasted money.
IF the fence is black from neglect, you might want to try sodium metasilicate or sodium precarbonate instead. SH is a contact and done, so if it is deep, SH will not penetrate it completely without multiple applications.
I’m not a fan of SH on wood, I will probably get feedback on that. I don’t like the color of bleached wood, yes even rinsed and brightened it still looks white to me. Of course I like woodworking and wood colors and grains, so to each his own.
That’s just SH and a drop of surfactant. Sorry I don’t have any dry pictures but I had to go back to touch up a rust stain. No white color or furring. SH is fine on most wood. Dial in your mix and work quickly.

Bro, Everett is totally coming for you now
He better pack a lunch.
Lol you’re right, NJ is a long drive to Arkansas
What was your percentage and dwell time?
LOL I have no clue. That was just tongue in cheek. I used leftover SH from last season on that one. Dwell time was probably around 10 minutes. Started on the boards with no algae and by the time I got to the green stuff it was all pretty much gone.
