DS Cleansol BC

Who has done it for oxidation removal and how do you like it?

Go for anything with hydrofluoric acid in it like aluminum wheel brightener and watch the oxidation vanish.

I used it once, was not impressed by it. I never saw the “pink color” that people talk about. I dumped out my 5 gallon bucket that I was mixing in and tried mixing it again and DS it again, no pink, and that thing was oxidized bad.

I did use it to get rid of oil stain overspray I got on a house (used a soft brush too), worked great. Even seemed to get off some (not all) of the foundation paint splatter that someone did well before I ever got there. I’m trying it on one more thing before I decide to ever buy it again. It makes a ton of product, once diluted according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Over the weekend I compared BC Cleansol to OneRestore for both rust stains and ugly grease stains. I found the OneRestore to be superior for both on the stains that I was cleaning!

I don’t think cleansol BC would do a thing to rust on concrete. What ratio did you use for the grease. I found so far that their mix ratios seem a little too weak for grease and oil. They say to cut it 4 to one, if I recall correctly, straight from the bucket, then mix from there. I can’t remember but I think it was 8-1 ,after the initial cut, I used to remove oil from the house.
