Downstreaming without pressure

Lol… so no need for a truck build? Im a simple mind, but this just seems like nonsense.

Yall just put yourselves outta business if Harry HO finds out.
Geez and i thought us rubber scrubbers were slow. Lol
And Dez came up with this idea months ago on his dog i believe.

I forgot my homeowner unit has the wonky wand and needs to be plugged where the stock pickup tube stripped out. You’ll have to test it for us @Racer

O lord here we go, yall made @DisplacedTexan pull out ole trusty trixie

The amount of flow you get when your machine is hooked up to a spigot but not running does not even put out close to what it does when it’s running. Your machine has to be running for it to efficiently put out what’s being fed from the spigot. Hooking up a DS injector on a garden hose will work as proven, but using a machine while off in attempt to get a stronger mix won’t

That’s Caren they spelled it backwards for some weird reason

I know this when yall put yourselves out of a job with your hinky hose, Me and Dez are hiring for entry rubber scrubbers.

When you think about it, most the 12v systems are at 60psi. Plenty of houses have that. Just never occurred to me that a DSI would pull at that psi, but guess it can obviously because just using ball valve all the way open water coming out of pw no harder than my yard hose and it pulls like crazy.

You and me both. That little machine I posted will only put out a stream about as big around as a 8g wire when it’s off but that’s probably because of that goofy tip on there

I put my old 4gpm on idle when sucking antifreeze through her and ive messed up plenty by not removing the chem lines outta the chem tanks. It draws plenty.

But you’re plumbed to a buffer right?

You have to restrict it a bit on the flow control screw to get a good siphon which affects your pressure at your nozzle. Great for dogs not so much for hitting those roof peaks

I’ll video tomorrow and post. But I think y’all are getting it now.

Yes, please do.

what size hose were you using? I would think going from 5/8" hose down to the injector would be enough restriction the injector doesn’t affect the psi that much so if you had decent house pressure, still might get fairly good distance. But for somethings might be enough. we’ll find out.

1/2" injector on the hose bib going into 50’ of 5/8" hose

So how would you configure your unloader? Or am I missing something here, I think I am

He is not running his PW off a buffer tank. He has a PW that he is direct feeding off of house pressure. The house pressure will show up at the nozzle. The injector is still at play even in low pressure instances. With the flow greatly reduced he’s getting higher chemical ratios but it’s silly as it’s not very productive
