Keep working on it, you’ve got a long way to go.
And really read up on marketing before you spend/waste money on a piece that doesnt sell.
There are a lot of strategy’s that you can employ, but you have to have a goal in mind.

Make door hanger quick and easy to read and get point across… before and after pic with #, enough info to get point across, and a deal with expiration date.

From what ive seen over my time on the forum, 5 arounds seem like the way we will be going

check my profile I’m new to this whole business. What is meant when you use the phrase shotgunning? I recently spent money on door hangers myself. Didn’t know there was a system into hanging them!

Welcome to the forum
I dont always like to give answer to simple question that can easily be searched. Look up
“shotgun marketing” on google and it will give you that answer.
And there’s not necessarily a “system” to hanging them. Some people use hangers only for the neighbors of a house they just cleaned. (5 a round). You place a hanger on the house to the left and right and the 3 houses across the street from the house you just cleaned.
Others use hangers as more of a main source of marketing and put a hanger through out a neighborhood, to get the first initial call in a neighborhood.

Some do 5 left, 5 right, and 5 across the street. Either way it works! :slightly_smiling_face:

You will waste your money putting them out the wrong time of year. My door hangers make me a killing but I put them out when I can get the best return. I usually put between 5-10,000 a year. I don’t have time for any more than that.
