I was wondering why he covered the yearly up! Junk insurance!

The funny thing here ever is he talks about “his process being fast”

He things we don’t know about downstreaming SH :joy::joy_cat:

I’m dying here knowing this guy came to a forum and has 1 hour read time and is trying to tell us how it’s done…

Sorry to start an old thread again, but as I was reading this,I got a phone call cancelling snow removal for Sunday because they found someone way cheaper.I just told her that I hope he’s registered with the state, insured and pays taxes.I can’t compete with guys that are charging $50 for a 1500 sq ft driveway because I do have insurance and pay taxes. In the meantime I turned down two other people because of this,so I’m out at least $300 dollars. This same guy that lowballed me on this job did the same thing to me cleaning gutters, but I REFUSE to sink to that level.I have a great customer base that understand that while I’m not the cheapest guy around, nobody stands behind their work like I do.Apologize again for rehashing an old thread, but this one really stung, getting that phone call while I was reading this, just had to vent a little.Better you guys than my wife, she gets the joy of hearing it everyday.

Don’t worry. They’re never around long. Most the time they sell their equipment during the off season when things get hard.

I cant remember who got banned

Is this guy still around? I can sub all my work to him and not lift a finger and still make a killing. Ill give him 85$ for a house wash and he can use his own equipment too. I keep the other 2-300 per job. Crap! just seen he was out of NC. Never mind… LOL

Look at his pics closely - very quick and poor quality work. Sorry. Saying what I see…

…and that’s a promotion pic.

Act now and he’ll throw in a free car wash! This has to be a joke right?

“We don’t not use high pressure” Seriously, this is his website.

No pressure?

Funny, those look like surface cleaner lines in his pics…!

No, he don’t not…Means he does use high pressure. He’s a wizard with the English language.

That actually makes some sort of sense ha ha.

We don’t not use it, we do use it.

Wonder if he’s still in business

I dont see what the big deal is. He targets small vynal houses probably knocks 5 or 6 out a day by himself for a average of $100 a piece. Hes going for quantity over quality and there is nothing wrong with that in his target market. He probably turns down bigger houses that most of us go for and gets all the smaller ones that wouldnt hire us anyways. I personally wouldn’t want to do this but i dont see what the big deal is most people know if they pay cheap they get cheap. Same reason some pay $30 for work boots and others pay $200 etc. They know those $30 boots wont last more than 3 month but they dont care. They are $30. They’ll just by a new pair. Id rather go after 3500sqft plus houses, upsale them on add ons and make $600 in one spot because they have a larger budget and known they are getting what they pay for.

Well, his web site is still up and he’s raised his price to $115? Honestly he seems to have some hustle but apparently can only sell on price. He is selling himself short but has potential.

Agreed.
