If you want scientific lab results as which cleans the best for concrete oily stains…We have those Lab results.

According to the Lab results conducted Nation Wide…Try Purple Power. It’s rank the third best of the National Brands

But if you want, you can use acetone. Acetone is found as the active ingredient in many aftermarket cleaners that I see on the net. So ask yourself, why should you pay more

Seriously though, the number one chemical is about the same price as chemicals listed on these BBS.

I will be happy to show everyone who attends our Parking Garage Event.

I am sorry, I just saw this…Call me when you get a chance.

And to my Pressure Washing Buddy in the Mid West who looks like he is going to land another contract of 15k in just one (6) hour work day with only one employee !

WAY TO GO MY FRIEND !

I luv to hear how contractors are making 1,000 / 2,000 or even $5,000 dollars in an hour. The days of making 100 dollars an hour should be behind all of us.

Here is a note…

When you want to learn something, learn from someone who has figured it out and is successful.
If it was me, I would look at their equipement, their washers, their boilers BTU’s and what is the make of the washers they have…

Do they own a home and if so, how many homes, or what about their trucks, type of hoses/ pumps etc. Are they working 7 days a week or are they working less… does their wife works ? Do they or did they have another Job besiders pressure washing?

Me personally, I would learn from those who know how to make 2 or 3 thousand an hour even if they were full of themselves. Why? Because I want to learn how they did it so I them could apply it to my business. Learning how to make 3 or $5,000 an hour is unique, not everyone can do it. For those who can make that kind of money and are willing to teach other contractors just how to do it is even more scarce. I know of a few contractors who do make this kind of money and yes, they, at times, can be consider full of themselves. But they earned that right, as long as they do not insult others, I could care less. If it was me in my first 6 years of business, yes, I would want to know exactly how they did it so that I too could make that kind of money…

By trying to learn from someone who makes 100 or even 200 dollars an hour, well that’s what you will learn…How to make 100-200 dollar an hour.

Zep Purple Power degreaser works good. Ifs one of the very few products I like that HD sells that I would use for my business. Its also cheap(aprox $35 for a fiver) compared to $100+ you can pay for degreasers elsewhere.

It can be done, but id also like to see there repeat rate, sure you can go around town slaying clients, but personally I’m not about that, I like to milk my cow…
