Just curious how everyone else is doing? Seems we have hit a severe dry spell. Phone hasn’t rang in 10days. We are even running a giveaway for $500 worth of services. Have posted about it in groups with over 35,000 people and not one person has entered or liked the post. All they have to do is give their name, email, and phone number. Stress levels are rising as the bills continue to come
You need to bite the bullet and hire a marketing team. They charge me $1300 a month but I’m booked out solid the next month. I will likely end up booked the rest of summer in the next 30-60’days the way calls are coming

go talk to yard guys they’re stupid busy right now. they don’t make enough money washing and are willing to sub it out. Get them to sell the job and let them take 10-20%. Some will probably just give you their clients . get out and talk to people. Face to face is the best. and if you’re not booked and need work, then you’re time isn’t worth very much.

Agree. I ran across a pool cleaning guy who said he has clients who need work done. People who pay for their pools to be cleaned will pay for power washing services. I landed 2 grand off him so far… in one weekend

Paver sealing is profitable…at least in FL. I’m getting $2.00/sqft. Cleaning/re-sanding/sealing.

I am in the same situation, but I am aiming for property management companies. It takes a little longer to get paid but they have to have the up keep. HOA’s are good places to hit aswell.
What the heck? You just told me facebook and a paper ad is all you need lol.

If you want to stay moderately busy, yes! It has worked well for me in the past.
