No. It’s not. I’m not qualified to explain it to you but if you do some research here you’ll soon find that what you are claiming is not only misleading but also just downright false. That’s why I said it’s false advertising. There’s a member here who has contributed an immense amount of information on this topic (and others) and she would know better than anyone else on the forum what is and what isn’t kosher when it comes to making claims like that. I’m sure you’ll find her posts in your reading.
Nope. I have no way of enforcing anything like that upon you so there’s not much sense in me warning you about anything. Sure, your competition could see your website and call it in to the proper authorities and shut your business down or wrap you up in the court system for God knows how long but I have no vested interest in doing that to you or anyone for that matter.

There are differing opinions, but as I understand it, in many states, claiming to to “kill all organics” falls under a pesticide application, which usually requires different licensing (and potentially insurance/bonding requirements. Someone was just trying to let you know that you may want to make sure you’re not running afoul of the state regulating authorities…no one wants to see anyone get shutdown for something so silly (and that doesn’t really sell any better than any other language).
