I press the button on my remote to switch from soap to water. If you donāt need a remote use a three way ball valve. $20 bucks from United plastics. When you arenāt pulling soap you need to be pulling water.

Well I brought it over today to get the proper reinforcements. Grade 8 bolts, steel supports to screw into, fixing the QD outlet to the coil.
Before I left I took a picture under another trailer on their lot to see how it was reinforced and set my expectations. It was vertical I-beams versus the flat steel bars I expected. So I went back inside to confirm what to expect.
I was told that they could probably do the cross bar on one side of the water tank. I told him I expect both sides of the tank to have steels supports as well as the machine itself. I asked if it would be welded to the frame and the salesman said āthat would be customizing your trailer for your machine and we wouldnāt do thatā.
I told him I ordered a complete custom trailer and that shouldāve been included in the price, to set up the trailer to carry the equipment properly. I told him it needs to be welded. He said heād talk to my salesman and see what he could do.
It should be done by Wednesday at the latest according to them. Iāll ask for photos before I pick it up and post them here for your thoughts.
Irritated at the pushback but at least the expectation is set and obviously itās free of charge because itās their mistake.

Im thinking you could do better doing it yourself. Like everyone has said old edger blades or new ones theyre cheap. Those pictures dont instill confidence
Maybe I could but I have no desire to go and buy all the tools to do something that they should have done in the first place. Iāll give them the chance to fix it and potentially save myself the headache. I have a newborn and a toddler so keeping up with them during the day and night makes it difficult to free up time to do this myself.
wow, that is new? Look at all that rust, no way that frame is new. If it is, it is the crappiest prep and paint job Iāve seen.
Not knocking you, but when I was buying mine I must have crawled under at least 12 trailers that day.

Are you referring to my most recent post? That isnāt my trailer; that is a random (not new) trailer that was parked there. I was just using it as an example of what to expect for reinforcement beams. Itās old and not new.
Any pics under your rig? Shop tells me theyāre going to put 2"x1/4" plate underneath and weld it to the sides of the trailer.
I donāt use trailers for washing, but I have built a few. You need to get your trailer away from those guys. Take it to a welding shop and them you want your equipment secure. Best $200 you week ever spend on your rig. Their flat steel idea is stupid. I do have random pics of changing up the shop and what happens when you offer your son $50 to wire a trailer and he starts, makes a mess, asks whatās wire loom and tells you to keep the money lol

2" flat bar 1/4" thick?
What I wouldnāt give for a space like that with the lift. Started tearing apart the front end on my work truck last night and these concrete floors are harder and much colder than they used to be!
I got a shop that used to be a garage. Two post lifts and two flat lifts that will pick up the work trucks enough for brake jobs. I moved the tire machines/balancer/brake lathe and stuff to the mezzanine to make space. Itās nice to have a forklift again.
