Blue trees

I dunno man. I remember reading a post about a guy washing headstones. I thought that was pretty wild

Thank ya sir @Infinity

I wish I had some much spare time that I went out and painted trees. This is stupid amounts of spare time.

One time my wife dragged me out to an art exhibition, I kid you not there were people standing in front of paintings that resembled a few squiggly lines that a 3 year old could do, they were standing in front of it maybe 20 minutes staring at it and taking notes. I was in disbelief how simple some people are :joy:. No matter what anyone tells me there are no stories in these squiggly lines. They are just that squiggly lines.

Reminds me of an interview I saw with Phil Collins who said people are always coming up to him with these far out ideas about the meaning of the song “in the air tonight.”

He said he tells them that he himself doesn’t even know what it’s about! He wrote it when he was angry and depressed and those were the lyrics that spoke to him. No meaning beyond that according to him.

Great song that.

People want to portray themselves as sophisticated because they aren’t, so they try to replicate those habits of what they believe sophisticated people do. Hopefully that includes power washing their house every year even though it’s clean.

Never thought the art gallery would be a place of ego, but your right! The more people that see me staring a blank wall, the more sophisticated I’m going to look walking past them and the better I’m going to feel about myself :joy:

Also the blue goes pretty high up, how would you guys go about getting up that high? Rent something, ladder, scaffolding?

Once I say you mention an art exhibition I figured it was you who painted the trees being that you’re basically Australian.

Get a whole heap of squirrels, dunk them in brown paint then let them go up the tree, monkeys are too smart they will end up starting their own business and be in competition with you in no time.
