Slo Mo from PWP and Lemon Scent from Southside. Once you try Slo Mo you’ll never go back. It’s super sudsy and thick so you control how many suds you want. A 5 gallon pail of Slo Mo is actually like 20-30 gallons of other surfactants because of how thick it is. A 5 gallon pail of Elemonator is only like a gallon when comparing it to Slo Mo. It’s kinda nice being able to add your own scent. Southside sells Cherry too but there are others out there. A gallon of lemon scent is like $75 but it goes a long way. Plus, with the huge cost savings of using Slo Mo you can buy the Lemon Scent and are still saving money. If you want to try it before buying let me know and I’ll send you a pint or quart. Even a pint will get you about 40 gallons of house wash mix. It just depends on how many suds you like.
I’ve been using it and been extremely pleased. Plus it’s nice not having to have two different surfactants—Slo Mo does it all.
I’m gonna give it a try. I’ll probably order a gallon to test out since I just ordered more Elemonator a couple days ago. If I like it I’ll just save the Elemonator for stucco and brick jobs. It’s perfect for that.
Yep, noticed it. In fact someone today mentioned the bleach smell.
SLO-mo is my #1. I mix 1 oz slomo per 12 gallons of pure SH which I then downstream 18-1 and it’s still sudsy.
That is…P F M. Pure Fn Magic. Gonna order that next. I just hope it cleans windows just as food or better than elemontr
I like how the windows come out with Elemonator. On the other hand, with Elemonator is if you use too much it will leave the windows streaky.
What changed with elemonator? 3 years ago when I first bought it, it was thicker and seemed to suds up more. The last several gallons I bought seem more watery and I barely get any suds with 1 oz. per gallon like I did.
It’s not heavy suds, it’s on the lighter side with how I use it as explained above, but you don’t need much for house washing anyways IMO
@Infinity What did you end up using scent-wise at the condo job?
Rain clean 5x from Horizon Aromatics. It was a big hit.
@DJPWS I know its a bit late… but im new… dirt killer has 2 mango products
Manticore which is mango scented surfactant with a red dye marker

Ive never used it so i cant say anything good or bad
