Bleach/chlorine additive that freshens the smell?

Maybe they have rotten egg or @Hotshot 's underwear scent? That ought to do it. :face_vomiting:

I would like to know what “and more” is. They said they make custom ones. Maybe that’s the “more”?

What a bunch of teenage girls lol. Grab whatever scent is available and spray the damn house lol. What’s next? An hour long drive to an ocean view for lunch with cheese and crackers?

Wow, really appreciate the invite, but I’ve been married for over 30 years…to the same woman! But thanks, I think

I’ve tried a few of their scents. The rain clean is my favorite and smells similar to Old Spice Swagger bodywash, only better. 1 oz in 15 gallons ds’d is strong enough to absolutely no longer smell sh, and you can smell it several doors down. The apple is a little more subtle, smells more like apple juice than, say, yankee candle apple, but still covers the sh smell completely at about 1 oz per 15 gallons when ds’ing. Need to order 10 lbs myself now lol! By the way, everything I mixed was while still using elemonator at less than 1 oz/ gal.

Just got my samples. These were random samples sent to me. I’ll keep y’all updated on how much I use per gallon and my favorite of the 3

That’s what they sent me too except I also got floral scent. I poured the floral in a 65 gallon of 4% roof mix. It wasn’t my favorite scent but it masked the SH great. I probably could’ve poured half of the bottle in.

Hey @DJPWS Contact Chemia Corp out of St. Louis for samples too. They have a citrus that is nice and their apple smells a little different than Horizon. Do you want me to send you a container of Slo Mo so you can use your scents with a non scented surfactant? A little Slo Mo goes a long way.

That’s kind of you ! You can if you wanted to. I was planning to buy some slomo as I’m almost out of the elemonator finally

I’ll contact them, nice they are in STL. I love free samples Lol

It’ll give you a chance to try it before you buy it since the smallest container is 5 gallons. You’ll love it though. I use to always use elemonator until firefighterforhire talked me into slo mo. It works great and especially for roofs. It says 1 oz per 5 gallons of down streamed house wash mix. 8-12 ounces for 50 gallons of roof mix. I used 8 oz in 65 gallons of roof mix and it stuck luck glue.

Southside has quart and gallon containers of lemon scent that I use with the Slo Mo. They also have Cherry. I’m probably going to order lemon from one of the scent places if it’s cheaper than Southside. As concentrated as they are I bet they’re stronger and you get more for your money.

Messaged me your address and I’ll send you that Slo Mo to try.

Doesn’t say on their site what scents they have

I think when they sent me the samples last year the sent a bunch of paperwork that explained what scents they have and the cost. They can basically make any scent you want but I’m not sure if they only have certain scents that are bleach stable.

That rain clean is my favorite. 1 oz in 5 gallons of mix to be ds’d is extremely strong and will smell up a whole neighborhood. 1 oz in about 15 gal still smells great, but isn’t extremely overpowering. Make sure you stir it good, as it probably clings to the surfactant in your mix better than it actually mixes with the sh itself.

So update. I poured about 1 cap full (about a teaspoon) in 2 gallons of straight SH with 2 oz surfactant and DS’d it 10:1. I could pleasantly smell the rain clean (which smells great) and could not smell the SH. It wasn’t too strong or too weak in my opinion.

So to scale these measurements -

1 Tsp in 2 gallons is the same as 1 oz poured into 12 gallons of straight SH and DS’d 10:1.

I know one guy said he put 1 oz in 15 gallons and was happy when he DS’d it. So it’s darn close to a sweet spot

Also if 1 oz can make let’s say 15 gallons of usable mix to DS, then if you purchased the 10
Pounds (which is 1 gallon or 128 oz)

128 x 15 = 1,920 gallons of mix to DS.

I use about 2-3 gallons of SH per house on average so I could “ in theory” wash 640 - 960 houses before needing another gallon of fragrance.

I say it’s worth the price measure out correctly. The customer not only enjoys a nice scent but so do I when I’m washing.

Thank you for posting! I received the exact same sample pack as you, excited to try it out! A couple of capfuls per house sounds great (I’m DS’ing 12% at around 12-1). That’s on top of your Elemonator; I’m wondering how much more we’ll need to add using SloMo. I’ve still got 3 gallons of Elemonator left before I can try, but I’ll save some Rain Clean to test
