Haha, I was actually using it on the trunk so It was already sitting there, but nice catch!
The M12 tools are workhorses! I find myself reaching for my M12 gear more than my M18 gear 2:1. Love it!
Iâm on the street when I REEL it up⌠He just nit picking my stuff as he does to me .He knows it all done it all⌠he said he had enough of this thread but he sure still posting about it//
Since this thread is already toast and Iâm being shameless, hereâs the whole car:
By the way, it will tow a 5X8 trailer with power to spareâŚ
Nice van
Hahahaha, yeah, itâs a Ford
I was back up at High Way Patrol training ground this weekend. They had this there theyâre getting ready to get rid of. Moving the equipment to newer one. Put my name in the pot. 7.3 only thing wrong with it, lol. They couldnât get it to start.
M12 heated jackets/sweatshirts are the truth.
It just doesnt get cold enough here to warrant buying one for myself yet.
What year - early 90âs?
If you buy it let me know and Iâll tow it to my shop until you can get it
1988 325i
They claim it runs, but keep it in the shop normally. They had left out and it was a little chilly. We tried jumping it, but that didnât do it. Itâs about as old as I am, well at least as old as you are. I did kind of like the fire engine red on it though. Itâs a stout body on it.
Looks in great shape.
Thatâs a sweet ride!
Thanks, Iâve been restoring it for 2 years now. I got it from a customer who had it in a garage under blankets with boxes stacked all over it. Hadnât been started or driven in years. Wife wanted it gone so I traded him pressure washing, gutter cleaning and window cleaning for it. About $900 worth of services.
Has anyone had luck stacking a 12â on top of an 18â? I made a mistake in my order and donât want to pay shipping/restocking fees. I know itâs possible but would just like some ideas before I try it out. My idea was to get the 18â stacking kit and putting some plywood over the top and mounting the 12â to the plywoodâŚ
Do it right once and you wonât have to do it again later. Plywood has no place married to steel
Thatâs the meaning of âunequally yoked.â
Either keep the reel for something else or send it back and get the right setup. Take it from someone who has cobbled together equipment for years. I have had stuff that looked like it came straight out of a Dr. Seuss book. Itâs not worth the aggravation.
Im the same way with my titan reels, not too impressed by the power coat application on them. Already rusting pretty good
All this talking bad about powder coat has got me nervous lol I just ordered a new trailer and paid a hefty difference for powder coat.
