Best injector on the planet and other fittings

Agreed!

I rarely have issues with injectors. I have a remote valve so it gets flushed right away so I’m sure that makes a big difference. I fill up two 20 gallon tanks on my trailer with sh and I don’t have to mess with sh until it needs filled again. I just pump from a 55 gallon drum using my air compressor (@Infinity air pump idea). If an injector fails I throw a new one on which takes 30 seconds. I can’t imagine hauling a bucket of mix around a house multiple times a day. Everyone has there favorite way of doing things and that works for them tho.

I think I’m similar to you, but with a 12v booster setup. I simply take spigot pressure and boost to 100 psi and use these guns to apply SH & elemonator. The gun connects to gallon jugs and I only use 2-3 per house

If you are willing to accept the roasting you will receive, I would love to know the details of your set up with those guns.

Maybe make a new thread about it?

Lol. Cut it out now.

I refuse to partake in this activity. My wife said I had to be positive this week.

Here is a link to my post. I boost typical spigot pressure and use the gun I showed in that pic. I do this part time and can’t carry permanently mounted pressure washers or tanks, so I came up with this.

I have a 4 gpm pressure washer, but this is night and day better, faster, and more efficient

Many of us have a 12v on our trailer. But when we go to wash a house, we decide not to use it every single time. There’s a reason for that.

@Nickski actually has a pretty ingenious setup. Different from the typical 12v setup. He boosts the customer’s tap pressure with it, and uses an xjet style injector for the soap. So he doesn’t have the issues of poor flow, or running bleach through a pump.

He does have the drawbacks of needing to cart around the machine and his soap, but it’s easier than someone with a 4gpm wheeled machine and an xjet pail.

I don’t have the same 12v as anyone else. No need for me to lug around a heavy gas powered machine capable of 4200 psi when I only need 100. Plus, my system puts out 50% more volume than my pressure washer, so it’s much faster for me.

If I did this for a living I’d have a traditional setup, but I don’t and never plan on doing it full time. I don’t have a dedicated vehicle or trailer to mount equipment, so my setup was designed out of necessity. I only have a 4 gpm pressure washer because again, no way to carry tanks or mount a heavy 5.5 or 8. I do 90% house washing, so most of the time my pressure washer stays at home.

Does yours continue siphon out if you set the gun down? First time I used mine I found that out right away, luckily I set it down on a driveway and not the grass. I added a $6 fuel shut off valve right at the gun so when I’m not using it I can shut that and set the gun down and not worry about chemical leaking out.

We do this basically the same, but I’m just much lower pressure. Since I don’t need 2 hands on my gun, I went for a shorter hose and gallon jugs and just hold it down by my side. I’m more mobile that way and don’t have to worry about running out of hose or tripping over it. I do have a larger jug like you show in your pic for jobs that require a lot but I’m not moving around as much like pretreating driveways.

No, mine doesn’t do that

If my gun gets lower than the level in the bottle it will continue to come out through the gun. Now that I think about it, those injectors have a sort of check valve in them don’t they? A ball and small spring right? My gun doesn’t have that so I can’t set it down without shutting off the line.

I took the guts out of mine so I don’t have that ball and spring, and I still don’t have that problem.

I can’t understand how you don’t, physics say it should keep siphoning out…

So, how does it not spray water out the barb
