Ive bought name brand concrete cleaner concentrate and used it, however i wouldnt say it brightens it any…Its more of a degreaser.

Yeah, I ran Oxalic acid on a rust spot that wouldn’t come clean. Its possibly from a golf cart battery however. Im still looking for the best chemicals for stained concrete. My house wash does the minimum but no luck on the bad spots.
On Residential, a regular house wash mix downstreamed will do the trick. Just give it a little dwell time and you are good to go. Commcerical depends on whats on the concrete. Degreaser ( EBC ) if nasty dumpster pads or if its just sidewalks–clean and post treat with HW mix.
Any particular brands you recommend? Is there a brand/chemical that is best to use on both the house and concrete? Trying to keep it simple. I’ll be doing mainly residential…driveway, house. Thanks!
