My name is Tim and I’ve been in real estate for the past 18yrs and am long overdue for a change/adjustment. I’ll keep my license active, but am really excited about getting into this business. I know enough fellow Realtors that I can call to get referral business which I know will give me a good start. Right now I’m trying to do as much research as possible as I want to do the job(s) correctly. I’m going to be focusing on residential services for now. I love working outside and actually started a lawn/landscape business that I ran from 2010-2013, then sold. I’ve found this website/it’s members to be indescribably helpful with your sharing of knowledge/experience and I am so grateful. As I said, I’m in the research phase, but have pretty much figured out my setup I think. I’m going to start simple with a 5x8 trailer, a pressure washer (min.4K psi), 2 hose reals w/150-200ft hoses, a surface cleaner and some miscellaneous items for optional services. Now I just need to acquire everything. I’m so ready to get started, but like I said, I want to make sure I’m doing these jobs correctly…I don’t want to do something stupid and possibly cause damage to someone’s property.
