Alright then, let me reward my question. Those if you who have parked on the street, what security measures did you take to keep your property from growing legs?
I think I’m just going to have to rent a storage unit until I get out of this apartment. Thanks guys for your input

Now that was a legit question, congrats. You have an open trailer, so street parking is out. Parking it in a secure fenced in locating is probably the best. If you have any extra coin ,rent atleast a 10 × 10 or something similar like others have mentioned,to store all your plunder,chems,ladders etc. You’re gonna aquire alot.

I used to rent a neighbor’s garage.
Some might say enclosed trailer is the best in this scenario… but i personally not like them.
Here is my set up all open, no issues even when i stop at walmart for 45 minutes.

Alright guys, about to pull the trigger on a landa pg unit with a 21" surface cleaner no reserve tank on a 4x6 trailer. It’s not too late to talk me out of it. Actually yes it is, but I’m open to objections
We’re you live at @tnunez66. Are you getting a hot washer or cold ? You can’t go wrong with a Landa or a Hotsy. They are owned by the same company. Bit pricey, especially the Landa. But IMO you can’t get any better, less you build it yourself with a undo pump.
You aren’t wrong, but if someone takes my whole trailer i want to be able to track it and get it back. But at the same time I don’t have to worry about someone vandalizing my trailer because I don’t park on the street. It’s in a nice cozy garage with 4 cameras looking at it lol

I’m in San Diego. I’m going with the cold for now so I can start making money. Other than fleets I can’t think of anything else is so with a hot washer, so I’m gonna go with the one that gives me the most options. I figure if I get an opportunity to do fleets down the line I’ll consider investing in one.
Your right. Hot washers are essential for truck washing. And also great for commercial flat work.if you’re not into either, I wouldn’t bother. Hot waters are very expensive and higher maintenance. Just curious. If you lived far east by the Atlantic, like most ppl on here. Those guys know ppl over there that can get you an awesome pw as well. Build it yourself ,plug and play kinda thing with all the professional parts comparable to a landa,hotsy etc ,but way cheaper. Might wanna put a shout out. My 2 cents. Good luck out there in Ca
The landa is pretty awesome. The wand has a T handle that allows you to turn down the pressure 1000 psi with every quarter turn or so. So I’ll be able to switch to low pressure without a low pressure nozzle. I do want to do flat commercial work but I’ll have to do it with cold water for now.
We have a homeless problem here in southern California so I’m thinking about reaching out to the county about spraying down cleared out camps, after all the needles and human waste have been removed first of course.
