Amazing CRM and More! Affordable called MARKATE

HCP has continually gone up in price since I first signed up. I currently pay $19 a month base rate locked in forever. How do you know Markate won’t go up in price? I guess I’m asking if the price is the only enticement or are there other things too. Price is a non issue for me.

I like the layout of Markate and it is very user friendly but it lacks a lot of little things Customer Factor has. Markate is definitely priced right but it can’t do what Customer Factor does as I stated above. I will be checking back with Markate because I do believe it will surpass CF eventually. Markate customer service is way better than CF though. I recommend that you guys who use HCP try CF if you haven’t already. It’s better than Markate but more expensive.

Actually, I feel the price is probably right for what I do get it, but patriot is right. If I can get more elsewhere for less money, I’ll entertain it.

HCP actually promised to become more of a true CRM which never happened. Among other promises that never really came to fruition.

Markate does what I want to do, dang near full automation, without requiring me to use Zapier and Broadly or pay an outrageous sign up fee like SendJim

This is huge for me. I looked into CF, but I never felt good about it. If I weren’t looking at Markate and still looking to switch I probably would still look elsewhere before CF.

@Steve If Markate was $150 a month…I’d still pay it and be happy about it. It took HCP 6 months to implement changes…I’ve seen Markate fix something or add something in a few hours.

The fact that it’s going to cost me $40 a month for myself and two crews is just a little bonus.

That says a lot. That is why I think Markate will eventually surpass CF.

I have. I posted a picture of them somewhere. It took about 4-5 days.

Were they good quality?

I thought so. Definitely serve the purpose

Looks good i like it.

I designed this one on Corel photo studio. They have a bunch of templates but they look generic. I plan on designing some service reminders as well. The paper quality and print is good.

I’m going to request a feature on the fb group to send out service reminders at various intervals. I’m only interested in 6 months and 1yr.

Automatically remind the customer it’s time for another wash. I’d like it to remind me as well so I can follow up.

Good, then HCP won’t miss me too much. I think I’ll pay another month to smooth the transition, but I’m calling Julia right now.

That’s now, but what about later?

When I first signed up with HCP, it was one of the founders of the company who answered my emails, made changes or bug fixes within hours and gave me a free month of service a couple of times when I reminded them that they promised a change and had missed the deadline. For the first year or two, HCP pushed out updates every week. Now the changes are slower, but much more significant.

If Markate grows like HCP did, there’s no way people will still be raving in 18 months about how they requested a change on Facebook and the engineers had it changed in hours. Enjoy it while it lasts.

That said, I am going to look into it more completely (since it would be a price increase for me), but it has to be about the cake and not the icing. So far everything I have read in this thread sounds like a trade-off instead of a real upgrade.

40,000 subscribers at $1000 a year is $40 million annually. I think your number might be off.

Very reliable source but I’m nowhere near paying $1000 a year and lots of free accounts out there I’m sure from back in the day

You can set up Markate to automatically send out service reminders to your customers either by email or postcard to remind them they are due for service after any set time frame. This is 100% automated once it’s set up and based on the credentials you provide. You can also have the system send a follow-up email after sending an estimate the following day or a reminder that payment is due or overdue. Email automation is included and not an add-on feature. Another option is, to use automated postcards, you can send out reminders also and they will automatically be sent after 6 months (or whatever timeframe you’d like) to remind a customer they are due for service… This is 100% automated also. Also, regarding postcards, you can upload your own design if you don’t like the templates we provide or completely customize them. I hope that answered your questions. Have a great day! Julia

I made up $1000 as a rough average since some companies are paying far more and I’m actually paying $1500 a year.

They are definitely not doing $40 million a year or near it.
