I actually DID, Bill, and it was a nightmare. Ultimately, Steve suggested that I might be better off at HCP.
If you ever work with Julia, you will want to do business with Markate. They are more nimble and quick to make changes that make their product better. I doubt if I will even look back.

I want to convey my heartfelt thanks to @anon56568109 and let the community know that anytime I found myself stuck trying to maneuver a new CRM Julia was there to coach me through the new terrain. I AM TRULY AMAZED AT MARKATE, and thoroughly impressed by how committed they are to building businesses TOGETHER. THEIRâS AND MINE.
I have discovered that the glitches I thought I found at the beginning were likely idiot operator error (me), because ever since Iâve become nimble with Markate, itâs run for me like a sewing machine. THANKS, JULIA, and the entire MARKATE team.
Does Markate work with ResponsiBid?
I have used Cf for over two years now and love it. It does my follow ups for prospects and for old customers that what new quotes. It does my review catching and it is easy too schedule 2 trucks for service using different colors for each crew. And itâs only 450 a yr I believe. Also its tied in with square so my invoices get paid thru there and in 2 days I have the money in my account.
I also can easily send out text or email blasts to all my customers and prospects.
Believe it or not PayPal work when youâre in a pinch
Is anybody integrating Markate with Quickbooks online? Any problems with it?
We do not integrate with Responsibid. We do offer a booking form you can embed into your website for $5 a month. Have a great day!

Is there anyway to customize the contact form plugin ? Iâd like to have more questionsâŚso I can send the estimate without additional contact with the customer. Right now I have this, but then I have to manually input the inquiry instead of using your plug in
Yes, you can customize the form in more detail - it will go into your inquiries and then you will just select âconvert to work orderâ and all the information has been transferred over onto the work order and the customer is now entered in the system⌠we are also open to all feedback so if you have more suggestions we take everything into consideration and implement a lot of the feedback weâre given!
