Iā€™m moving from HCP to Markate. Just wanted to share my experience. It has been amazing to far! I contacted them to move my customer file from HCP to Markate and it was done within 5 minutes of me sending the file! The one thing I liked about HCP was the Zillow function that shows a picture of the home, value, and sq ft. I reached out Markate asking about this feature. I was informed that they were working on it. Itā€™s there now. Great service! Features just keep getting added.

Just my experience so far.

For those of you whoā€™ve made the switch from HCP or CF to Markate, how is it going so far. Iā€™m thinking about making the switch. The monthly savings between HCP and Nicejob compared to Markate could make a truck paymentā€¦

Can I ask why?

Is it possible to switch accounts ? For example I have 3 web sites and 3 different names. So is it possible to switch between accounts inside markate ? Thank you.

I LOVE Markate. I get spectacular service from Julia, there are STILL many features that I have yet to use, like expenses scanning to create accurate analytics, I have actually received more reviews through MARKATE since I joined than I did through BROADLY in the last few months thereā€¦ I saved $350 leaving Broadly, HCP, and Zapier.

Nothingā€™s perfect. But MARKATE is perfectly willing to adapt to our needs, and they keep building their platform to do more for us. I couldnā€™t be happier with @anon56568109.

The customer factor for me has been great. Easy set up and when I have an issue( only 1 in 2 yrs) I have been called back by Steve the owner. Easy to manage my schedule and follow up and thank you emails are all automated.

My customers love the system and having an electronically signed proposal is great.
