Unloader not set right, oversized pump, wrong injector…no wonder it’s acting wonky!
Now you mentioned a bypass, was that added after that first pic was taken? Also that whip line is pretty darn long.

That size injector was recommended by pressuretek. Didn’t know.

Yes, you definitely don’t want the 5-8 gpm injector. Most with a 5.5 go with the 1-3 gpm injector.
Whether you are doing PWing for a living or side hustle you’re going to need to be able to troubleshoot your rig. This is part of your education.

That’s a massive amount of unnecessary restriction. 2-3 or 2-4 gpm injector is perfect for a 5.5 machine with 200+ feet of hose.

Then we’ll troubleshoot some more. It’s just way it goes sometimes. It’s good to have these things happen. Next time you’ll know exactly what the issue is.

And you’ve taken the filter off your soap line right? As an emergency you can certainly use an X-jet but for everyday use you definitely want to DS.

I’ve got 4 PWing suppliers in my metro area but only the Landa dealer has a decent inventory and he’s not cheap.
