Depends on where you’re at. bid looks confusing. skip the discount and showing the per ft price. %0k ft a lot different than 200k feet. A lot of other factors come into play depending upon location, enviromental requirements, etc.
I don’t know if you have a chance or not. I over-bid the parking garages here because I didn’t have time to run exact numbers. Even when I did run the exact numbers, I would not have been at $.03/square foot.
