Building is the way to go. I wouldn’t buy a northstar anything after an experience where I bought a northstar pressure washer. The pump was basically hanging off by one bolt and the drive shaft, two bolts were 1/4 inch from being seated, and another was missing altogether.

This was after putting 40 hours on it and I was lying down to change the oils.

Trying to get it fixed, meaning 3 bolts, without voiding the warranty was a headache I wouldn’t wish on anyone. You can spend $2k on a better machine, with the same Honda engine, a better BELT DRIVE pump than a Northstar, and $1500 on a trailer and still be ahead in not only money, but frustration.
