Xjet tipping bucket

I fabbed my own Xjet square bucket which works great, except it tips easily as the reinforced hose is fairly stiff.

Any mods you all could recommend? I know…downstream, but my machine isn’t plumbed.

Wear protective gear and buy a quality backpack sprayer and modify it

GHOSTBUSTER style :call_me_hand:t2:

If it fits in a milkcrate, maybe a modified crate with stakes or cross thru bottom. To.either basically mount crate to lawn, or the cross to make it tippy proof.

I think you’re on to something. Image of me holding a spray want in a Tyvek suit chasing Slimer on the side of my trailer.

Got a picture?

Easiest I bet would be to ground a length of hose nearest the bucket with maybe a ubolt.

Replace the stiff hose with a longer length of 3/8” FlexZilla

Also, this sounds like a clever idea if you’re not moving the bucket around much:

What’s to plumb? Put quick connects on the injector, stick it between your unloader and pressure hose, use your new xjet bucket for your mix and set it next to your machine.

That’s how I rolled for my first dozen or so houses while I was still using a rental machine.

Strap it to a small dolly, folding cart.

Besides a stronger mix…what really is the purpose of xjetting? I know this could open up a can of worms…but anymore…it seems like 99% of people here DS.

I’m only on my second injector in my 3rd year…no buckets to spill or lug around the house…I don’t get it. Especially now that the m5DS tip has been out to regulate your fan spray.

Definitely stronger mix. DSing gets me a 10-1 dilution. X-jetting gets me 50-50 I believe.
