Would you clean this house? My first time coming across this, assuming it is oxidation

Is that metal siding?

No it’s vinyl siding .

Watching

It looks to me like either someone else let a mix dry on the siding or they are experiencing oxidation run off from the metal fascia wrap above it. I’d wash it if I had a signed waiver from the owner that this is a pre-existing condition and that it probably won’t clean up with a regular house wash.

Hey steve so it’s fair to say (for the soft washing noobs like myself) Rinsing very thoroughly after dwelling is an absolute necessity or else this could happen? Especially with darker colors of vinyl ?

Rinse very well, dont let it dry. And its a good idea to pre wet especially when surface is in the sun.

Good to know @Nashvillewash, any tips for me on how to NOT kill people’s plants ? Lolllll

Pre wet dirt and plants, post rinse. Dont want roots soaking up sh. Dont kill Japanese Maple!

I’d wash it. It might just be dirt. HW mix should be strong enough to kill plants

Thanks for the input. Test spots does not remove, I believe someone let chemical dry on a previous cleaning.
