@DrewJ5 if it’s oil based stain a good degreaser should take it right off.

I don’t own a pressure washing company was just wondering a good solution. You guys are so cool.

We need more details to try to help. There are different types of stains and even different types of concrete.

Can you upload a picture of the stain?

Do you have a sealer on the concrete? What kind is it? Solvent or water-based?
And is the stain oil or water-based?
No the concrete was just wet in the picture, it’s oil based wood stain.
Try mineral spirits.
With a wire brush
