Window cleaning pricing for newbie

Doing an exterior and hard surfaces wash for this home (2 story, 3384sf) and they want a window cleaning. They asked if I cleaned the screens and frames and I said yes. I’m thinking of quoting them 500 for the windows alone. Theres about 16 windowz in all. I will be requiring they remove the screens and place them down stairs before i arrive for me to clean them. They will reinstall themselves. The most indoor work ill be doing is cleaning the window frames of gunk in addition to an exterior cleaning of the windows. They will also be asked to clear areas to and around the windows inside. Is 500 reasonable or underpriced? Pics attached with address blurred out.

Wrong forum, amigo.

That’s way to HIGH!

Sorry about that. Figured residential would be appropriate for this kind of thing. Would newbie be more appropriate? Ill move it there.

What would be appropriate? 20 per window?

Most in Texas are around 10-12 per window, not counting screens. But also bid per sq ft of home… I myself would bid $375 for window cleaning inside and outside, plus $25 for the screens.

Based on the square footage I’d charge around $275 for interior and exterior cleaning. If there are really only 16 windows I’d probably charge less. It only looks like about 2 hours worth of work, if that.

Nah. Try the window cleaning forum. It’s the fancy side of this joint. We’re all just water squirters and pretend window cleaners.

Way high!

12-15 a window at best

Went to 350 for the window cleaning. Im doing a full exterior soft wash and hardscape cleaning in addition to this.

That’s a fair estimate. Good luck!

350 in/out and screens

Will do next time. Digging the cotton hill quote
