Will downstreaming work on this?

Hi all. This is my second year in business and have learned a tremendous amount from many of you in this forum. I’ve been mainly doing vinyl siding house washes, and flat work. Today I went on an estimate for a light colored brick front home. Any idea if downstreaming SH and elemonator will work to clean this surface? I’m going to do a test on it with a mix in my pump up sprayer to see how it does. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Downstreaming alone on brick like that will only lighten those stains a little.

You need multiple applications of detergent and then a little pressure.

Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it.

You can try straight SH with a 20% draw if that’s what you’ve got set up.

Long dwell and 2x application probably.

12v system would knock that over real quick.

Thanks, I believe my downstream kit is a 20-1 draw. Haven’t measured it. I’m going to try a test with a pump up and see how that goes. I don’t have a 12 volt system yet.

Any thoughts on adding an xjet to tackle this?

X-Jet would do it I think. It’s stronger than downstreaming.

I personally don’t like lugging any type of container around as I go though.

The key with brick it’s to get it to dwell as it’s deeper than most other surfaces.

So a 12v guarantees the SH gets it, and other methods need to stick or have multiple applications.
