Also, it’s okay if you don’t always get 5 stars. People actually trust 4.1 to 4.5 stars MORE than all 5 stars.

I just realized I am having trouble with people leaving reviews on my Facebook page. I tell them to click the “review” button but it always come in as a recommendation. Got one this afternoon and was telling the wife about it so she looked on her account and it for some reason it wont let people leave a review. When you click on it, it just shows the reviews and recommendations but wont allow anyone to actually click the stars and leave one. Ever heard of this??

Nope, when I go from my page it looks fine. But I’m sure its linking them the same since my business page is linked to my personal page. And I’m using the app on my iPad but when logged in from an actual computer it looks different. Not sure what is going on. I was wondering why people were not leaving reviews until I just realized they can’t!
