Noticed several days ago that I wasn’t getting my blind copies of any mail sent to clients, mainly invoices and receipts. Have tried their help desk, no response in over 24 hours.
I did finally have one go thru last night, but several others haven’t. Is anyone else noticed any problems? Thanks

Have you tried calling in? I’ve always been able to get a hold of them that way. Haven’t noticed a thing wonky in my end.
Have you sent out any quotes or invoices past 3 or4 days? Mine was working fine until Sunday. Says it’s being qued up like usual, it just never gets sent
Yes I have. Quite a few actually as I had to bust out a ton of work this last week before headed back out on my “real job” tomorrow.
Just had a quote accepted tonight too. A few payments/invoices went through just fine yesterday as well
Were any of yours a gmail address? Just realized the only 1 out of 5 that went through was a non-gmail. They were all working fine last week. I wonder if they’re having some problem with their gmail interface. Will defintely be calling them this am. Pretty sure not on my end, have tried from 3 different computers, reloaded, etc. Plus it tells me going into que, will go out shortly.
Most were Gmail or a local internet providers email here. Nothing I have is sitting in pending so definitely on your end
