I’m wondering if anybody knows who made this unit? The burner is removed in the pictures but it is a beckett fuel oil burner.
Are you sure that’s all original? I’m not saying it isn’t possible, but I haven’t seen many horizontal coils paired with GX390’s. Since the GX390 is so compact (compared to v-twins) it’s typically mated with a vertical coil to save even more space. I’d also guess that pump can’t be more then 5 GPM. This whole setup just doesn’t seem like something a company would have mass-produced, which makes me wonder if it’s been pieced together over time as parts wore out. Was everything operational before you took it apart?

if you found out who the manufacturer was, what would you do with that information? What do you need it for? Basically anyone who makes these things is just assembling other manufacturers parts together. They’re all honda or kohler motors, a handful of different pumps etc.

Very well could be pieced together. I’m just trying to find a heating unit for it, the coil. Someone before me let it freeze.
