XForce Spray Bar By Whisper Wash is a game changer to me, not sure if any you guys are using it yet. If so, what do you think?

What’s special about it?

He’s going over it twice in one pass. Too bad a 16 inch isn’t out there to be had.

What @TheWizard said….it seems quieter too. Very well built, just really smooth on the concrete. Just was wondering if anyone else had one….

Did you use a 4 nozzle bar before this thing? If so is it that much better? It looks pretty neat. Don’t think I want to know what it costs. I was pricing out surface cleaners and they have gone up in price since I bought my last one.

Yes I did use a 4 nozzle bars…….this just does better coverage. It’s a big difference to me, so much so I just bought another for my 24” Whisper Wash. I initially got one for my 19” extreme whisper wash, they run around 360.00 but built amazingly nice and tough….will last a long time. Ends can be replaced, I have the performance stainless steel ends so it will be a long time before I need to replace them, unless you damage one for some reason. Nice upgrade for sure.

Where’d you buy it? Link?

So help me understand why this is better than the 4 nozzle. I must not be seeing it.

It’s going over it twice in one pass……

Glad it’s working out. Let me know how it does on the 24". I was looking at the week they introduced, but even the girls at whisper wash didn’t know a lot about. Still not sure what the difference between the stainless steel and the new performance SS ends. I went with the tornado bar. It did ok, first time I used, nothing great, changed and put imeg tips on it instead of some chinese made tips that didn’t clean for squat, but even then,it made my 24" vibrate so bad it’s virtually unusable. I don’t even carry on my truck as a spare. I should have waited for the WW to get out there more.
How much does the thing weigh? It looks kind of heavy.

I get the 24” Wednesday, when I do I’ll weigh it. I think it’s around 5 lbs. the 19” obviously less. Like it though, smooth as butter and so quiet. No vibration, actually better with that than my one bar…I get no vibration with this just smooth. It’s amazing to me……build quality is great too. I’ll post some pics of the 24” when I get it and before installing it. I would highly recommend it though…..

I went to the website, but they don’t advertise selling it as the bar on the surface cleaner. Is it an add on only?

Since your the expert now Kentucky  You know how this plays out on this forum, lol, first to get it, use it, and like it is the defacto expert and has to answer all questions related to said item.

All in favor (Kentucky doesn’t get a vote ) say aye.

Edit: need a short vid on how it works on nasty black lichen and moss sidewalks.

:joy: yeah I believe as of now, you can only buy as a bar. I don’t think you can buy a standard surface cleaner with one on there already. At least I haven’t seen that offered as of yet. I think this bar came out in late January or early February…..I will get some pics of the bar Wednesday when I get the 24” one before I get it on the surface cleaner. Once I get some video I’ll post that too…..these bad boys are the cat’s meow, :joy:.

Which 24" do you have, the newer aluminum or the older composite. I’ve held off on the new one because it’s heavier than the composite already, with the 4 bar going to be worse I’m afraid. But my composite one been acting a little weird, in fact have to call them today. It just randomly starts shaking badly, like it’s got a couple of plugged tips, but they’re not. Does it more if you’re pulling it in reverse. Go figure. It shakes so badly I’m almost afraid it’s going to explode. but 10 seconds later it’s fine. I’m wondering if I need to put a 6" metal plate where swivel goes thru, like maybe the material has fatigue.

Yeah I think that middle maybe given in some with the support. I have aluminum with wheels, I use it on wide open areas, so the weight of the bar really won’t affect me. Both my WW are aluminum…..with running heat for some of these surfaces I feel it holds up better than the composite type material. I know of guys decks on those crack or in the middle where the swivel goes starts to compromise….but even with the new bar on my aluminum 19” floater it moves along just fine and even feel better than the old bar, it seems to have even more uplift affect with that added bar, evens it out if I’m making any sense. I have the SS performance ends too.

Here are some pics of the bar. It weighs around 4.3 lbs with the tips on them. My old single bar was 1.8 lbs. so a bit more but I don’t notice it honestly. Tried it out real quick to make sure it was balanced good and it was. This thing is so smooth, makes me think of that Lexus commercial years ago with the glass of water on the front hood with engine running, :joy:. Not an ounce of vibration, really amazing stuff. My single bar had a little vibration going on, when new it didn’t but over time the aluminum ends wear differently and I think it causes slight variations, nothing horrible at all but once I got these it was a big difference. Anyways….as you can tell I like them, :joy:.

More pics….it also has bigger guts, maybe 1/2” so flow better. Got 150 psi better for some reason, not sure if from the the larger passages?

Less restriction would give you less psi. Probably got more psi from the new nozzles. Let me know how you like it tho. We just got the new Ares 24” with the “4claw raptor bar”. I haven’t gotten to use it but my guys say it cleans much faster than my whisper wash with the old 4 nozzle style. Id consider changing those ones out

Yeah that’s true….i had older nozzles in my old bar. These are new….these new bars clean better and you can move faster. Big difference to me, I like it on my 19” WW so much I decided to get one for my 24”. I’ll do some videos soon to show the performance of it. I used the single bar 4 nozzles previously for reference.
