Whisper wash 19” troubleshooting

Even with post treating if you have the lines, invisible as post treating makes it, it’s still there and reappears eventually. Not with all concrete though. Some seems to be more porous then others. This has been my experience anyhow.

No worries, I ran a cross that same video when placing some orders. I knew what you meant after watching them. It’s defin not shooting out like in the example video but it’s a possibility I missed it at a slower leak rate.

Yeah I pre treat to make it melt off, and I post treat to prevent the lines. I also give a 1 year guarantee.
I deal with A LOT of little old ladies, they look sweet and innocent…until…they see lines. LOL
Charge accordingly, but if it works for you, have at it.

Exactly. What works for me may not work for the next guy. I use mosmactic surface cleaners and they work well.

I’ve been doing this for going on 13yrs. Hopefully I know what I’m doing by now. Well to be truthful I’m not the one doing the work but my foreman has been with me for over 10 yrs and does it the same why I taught him and it’s the same way that is in our sop.

I stopped being on the truck back in 2012 and it was the best decision I could have made. It allows me to focus on the business and handle all the calls. I still put long hrs in but I’m definitely not as burnt out as I was doing the work and everything else.

Working on a plan now to back myself out of the business even more. Hopefully it will be in effect by next season.

Well I ranted on. Tomorrow is another day.

You are where I want to be. Good luck to you.

my pressure test says 2,200 psi at the gun with 4x 2502. I’m guessing I should start at my k7?

I’ve come to the conclusion that my k7 is bad. I’m running 8 @ 3500, but only getting 2600psi at the machine. I tried to adjust the set screw in and did so completely in and the pressure doesn’t move one bit. Completely out it goes to 0psi, in to 2600. Hopefully it’s the unloader and not the pump. A quick bucket test I’m getting 8gpm. Just not the right pressure.

I don’t see what else it could be. Anyone else have some thoughts? I’ve got another k7 in route. Thanks @Kps0410

Guess what came in as I was leaving

Was it? @Harold ?

Mine is playing up too.

No it wasn’t. Sad to say this but I’ll admit it publicly. My throttle was down. Then a few days later the throttle cable slipped. I think someone’s playing tricks on me.
