Sounds like my bearing is going out. Any suggestions for the best place to pick one up? Tips or tricks to replace?
You’re probably looking for the WW312, and it runs >$300 pretty much everywhere I’ve seen. Pricing can be all over the board, but I’ve gotten them from Spraywell, and Russ @ Southside. I bought a few last year though, so I haven’t had to get any this season yet. You might be able to get away with the drop-in rebuild kit (WW311), depending, but I’ve not used one of them yet.
Appreciate the reply. You bought a few, how many hours are you getting on them?
I couldn’t say, we have 7-8 WWs running around the warehouse, and they bounce from one vehicle to another all the time now that everything is running 8gpm except our old trailer. I never bothered to asset tag the SCs to be able to track something like that. I really don’t care if I buy a couple a year…whether they go on the same machine year after year, or if it’s a different one each time. I probably should, but it hasn’t gotten out of hand to warrant nitpicking on those.
Was relatively easy, keep note of how it comes apart. Toughest part was removing then cleaning the 4 stainless steel socket head cap screws holding the assembly together. Ordered from AMZN, $220.
