You gave no info on your machine, how is someone suppose to help you. We can only assume what your running based on you 9HP engine. Also you are going to have to walk really slow with that big of a surface cleaner on such a small machine.
You need to learn how to read a nozzle chart, and learn about pressure loss through hose.
