I am starting my own business as a KEC after two years of experience with a company. My boss has two hotsy machines. One is a hotsy 1200 series for bigger jobs like Chinese and bbq and the other is a hotsy 1075SSE WHICH I was looking into getting first . My question was , is hotsy really the best brand put there? What would set it apart from something like north star? I have dealers from both companies near me so which should I go with? If not another brand? I plan to clean any and all KEC I can get. Is gpm more vital than psi? I’d like a hot water washer heated with oil/gas/diesel and not electric or cold water. Opinions? I’ve got about 3500k to spend.
