I do not know the square footage yet but here are some pics. And how would you go about doing it? On a guess it’s probably 1500 square ft.

I would be in the $225-375 price range. I would apply a light degreaser, surface cleaner, detail and rinse with a dual wand lance.
Looking around at pricing, I hear a lot of people saying .10-.15 per sq ft for surface cleaning but I see people quoting higher prices for some of these surface cleaning jobs. If you go by the above formula that is $150.00-$175.00
I would love to do more surface cleaning, but for .10 a sq ft, it hardly makes it worth doing to pull the truck out of the shop, We offer it as an addon service only.
What are some of you guys getting for surface cleaning?
$225 to $300 for 1500 square for me. If gum is really bad maybe more. I normally lower our prices the bigger the job gets. That would be $.15 to$.20 a square and down to $.10 for a bigger job.

1 time cleanings or 1st time cleanings are usually more than the 10-15 cents
