What Water Fed Poles are you guys using?

@Genaroguzman tucker over Xero? Hmmm explain…!

Ok @Racer this is golden. Thanks mate!

I gotta hand it to you @Racer When you do a video on anything, there should be no doubt after watching it on how to do it properly and efficiently. Nice job as always, thanks for the education, I’ve never seen a house being washed. Pretty cool.

Bought a tucker, been a great investment. I usually tell people with a house wash the windows will look 80% better, if you want it 100% then we will use our pure water system for an extra charge.

I’ve won some jobs where people were getting multiple quotes because we were the only ones that offered it. Doesn’t take long and the extra $80-150 adds up.

I don’t know why so many people repeat that line regarding hydrophobic windows. It’s just not true. If you have a brush with artificial filaments, you need to rinse with the brush on the glass. The bristles break the surface tension even on hydrophobic, with pencil jets.

Rinse bar/fan jets help because they are above the brush and rinse down as the brush is breaking the surface tension.

Pencil jets in the middle of the brush with the brush on the glass is going to give crap results. Don’t give bad advice please

And if you read what I said…it was in regards to spraying water in between bars to give spot free results, where a brush can’t be used.

I’m not going to call you a liar, I’m sure it works for you. But all I want to know is what incantations you recite for such witchcraft.

I’ve been doing wfp window cleaning for 6 or more years, and I’ve never had success using pencil jets with the brush on the glass.

It’s not bad advice, why would I do that??? Maybe you haven’t tried it enough to form an educated opinion on whether or not you can rinse with the brush on glass.

It helps if you have a swivel. Scrub the window thoroughly, and then instead of holding the brush away from the glass, go back to the top and move the brush from side to side progressing towards the bottom to finish. It is much like the same action as fanning with a squeegee. Keep an eye on your cascade as you go, and you will have a spot free window, as long as you cleaned it enough before.

Lol, I tried to explain my method in my response to Patriot above. Maybe that will help. Also, it does not work with brushes that have natural fibre in them like boar/hog hair. Need to use the nylon ones as they do not retain dirt. Also, before rinsing I do tap the brush on the glass a few times to make sure there is no debris.

Use the brush for rinsing like it was a squeegee.
