What size bolt?

Does anybody know what size bolt/threads these holes are tapped for? I don’t have my GX630 in hand yet and can’t find anything on the technical drawings showing this information. Trying to be prepared for when it is delivered. Thanks in advance! ( See black arrow below )

If your going gear drive and purchasing new, the bolts should come with it as a kit to mount to the engine. No idea what thread they are but they’ve all been the right bolts for my 690’s, I’m guessing there the same across the board.

Thanks for the reply. I am going gear drive and purchased new but there weren’t any bolts with it. Just udor pump and gearbox. Purchased from Sprayer Depot.

I believe it’s the ABP S30400 3/8-16NC x 2-1/2 HEX HEAD STAINLESS BOLT.

You want to make sure to get 4 matching washers as well.

Well, technically it doesn’t have to that brand, but that’s the bolt that was used on the one I saw on a skid with the set up you’re describing.

Your geardrive my be different, but all the boxes ive seen utilize a spacer(4pcs) about 3/8 thick. Find that out because it could cost you a broken flange if you overtighten.

“Inner bolts are 5/16 x 1” - torque is 19lbs

Outer bolts are 3/8 x1 “ torque is 30lbs

If mounting to a GX690, you will need the spacer we offer which is part number 04-5030.S1

Put some orange RTV silicone on shaft as an anti-seize“
