Hi guys Im from Bakersfield, CA and currently own a window cleaning business. We want to expand our services to pressure washing. I mainly want to do soft washing for house sidings and surface pressure washing for drive ways (residential), and walk ways for commercial jobs. Does it need to be a hot water pressure washer? How much PSI and GPM do you recommend? What pressure washing machines do you use? Thank you

Living in CA, you may want to re-think pressure washing. Water usage and reclamation regulations are terrible from my understanding.
