If you get a house wash it is an easy up sell to windows.

We used to do wood…cut that out. We do pretty good just exterior cleaning and some flatwork…other than that I don’t won’t to do anything else, slows us down.
Guy do you think by not doing wood work it hurt you any?? As far as getting new accounts…

Wood is just too time consuming and low profit margins. Rains once or twice a week and you’re schedule is screwed…no thanks.
We primarily wash residential homes, apartments, condos & town homes, with some commercial mixed in, but are equipped for just about anything that comes our way.

We started off years ago with it as part of the service… But eventually split because we found a great price point in just the siding for folks on a limited budget…

The one thing I get out of these events is just how much I don’t know vs. how much I think I know. It’s very humbling and appreciated.
Yep this will be my Winter project. I’ve already had a Member here (and in my area) reach out and offer his help to mentor us through this new phase of our business.
